If you are are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for full refund within 30 days from purchase date.  Repackage product to the same packing standard that you received product from me.  Return by US Mail with Tracking.  Please email me at brassdogs@gmail.com; say you would like to return (tell me which item), and include tracking #.  I will let you know when item has arrived back, and will refund you once I confirm item is in salable condition.

Items ship via USPS First Class Mail Parcel which includes a tracking #.  Delivery in the US is typically 3-5 days (Monday thru Saturday).
